This policy outlines the terms for cancelling your subscription to Tarulok's services.

1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at tarulokconsultancy@gmail.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid subscription term.

2. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current subscription term. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.

3. Auto-Renewal

If your subscription is set to auto-renew, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period. We will send a reminder email 30 days prior to your renewal date.

4. Company-Initiated Cancellation

Tarulok Consultancy, or "Tarulok", may cancel or suspend your access to the Services with immediate effect if you default on payment, breach our Terms and Conditions, or engage in prohibited conduct. We will notify you of such termination, and any outstanding obligations (e.g., payment of fees already due) will remain your responsibility.

5. Consequences of Cancellation

  • You must immediately cease using the Services and any deliverables.
  • Tarulok may delete or disable access to your account and data after a retention period of 90 days.
  • Certain provisions of our agreement (such as confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive the cancellation or termination.

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time. We will post the revised version on the Site with a “Last updated” date.
