Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the terms on which refunds may be given for the Services provided by Tarulok Consultancy, also referred to as "Tarulok" for the purposes of this policy.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to the Services provided by Tarulok as specified in your order form or proposal. By purchasing our Services, you accept this Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered if you request a refund in writing within 24 hours of purchase and provided that the Services have not been substantially performed or delivered.

Refunds will not be given if: (a) you have utilized the Service and generated any reports from it, (b) you have breached any terms, (c) third-party delays outside our control have occurred, or (d) your reason is not covered under this policy.

3. Refund Calculation

If eligible, we will refund up to 75% of the amount paid. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days in India from the date of approval.

Refunds shall be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Procedure to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request by email to tarulokconsultancy@gmail.com with your order reference, reason for the refund, and any supporting details. Requests received after the eligibility period may be declined.

5. Effects of Refund

Upon refund, your access to the Services will end, and you must cease use of any deliverables. Any rights granted to you under the Services will terminate.

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of changes via the Site or email, and the revised version will apply from the “Last Updated” date.
